Micro

One Bose S1 Pro. Compact, clear, and self-contained. Right for office events, small speeches, background music in intimate spaces.

Two full-range tops. The workhorse package — covers most weddings, corporate dinners, and private parties in this range. Add a subwoofer if music quality matters to you.

Large
200–300 pax
Four tops. For bigger rooms where two speakers leave dead spots. Subwoofer recommended — bodies absorb bass, and at this size the room needs it to feel right.

Six tops, minimum two subwoofers. Large rooms, outdoor marquees, events where sound needs to travel. The subwoofer isn’t optional at this scale — it’s what holds the system together.

On in-house sound
If you want to save budget by using the venue's in-house system, okay. But in our experience it's either inadequate, broken, or comes without a technician to handle what comes up during an event. And when it fails, your guests will look at the supervisor for the fix.
Yes, saying that is an upsell. It's also true.
One recent event: ceiling-mounted speakers, speeches happening directly underneath one of them, and the venue's console sitting indoors on another floor while the event was outside. That's feedback nobody can fix from where they're standing.

How We Size Sound
Not sure which package fits? Here’s the logic we use — the same judgment that goes into every quote.
The simple rule
Roughly 50–75 guests per speaker, and 50–75 guests per subwoofer. We size the package to your headcount from there.
Indoor vs outdoor
Outdoor events need more coverage — sound dissipates in open air. We account for this when recommending a package.
Subwoofers
A subwoofer adds bass — the physical sensation of music, not just the sound of it. Optional for background music and speeches; the difference-maker for DJ sets, dancing, and live bands.
Live bands
Three-piece and above require additional inputs — DI boxes, extra mic channels, sometimes a digital mixer. We handle this through the quote conversation, not the package list.
