I'm Leon - the same person behind Playmochi, with 14 years of experience across DJ, sound, and lighting. I plan and spec every job personally. For operated packages, the crew comes through my production partner - usually technicians I've worked with before - briefed on what your event needs.
For large or technically complex productions, I check availability before confirming. I'd rather refer you to the right solution than overcommit on something I can't deliver properly.
